Which plan is for me?

Choose Pro if you write and code daily and want a simple monthly plan with 200 enhancements/month. Choose Enterprise if you enhance everything all day and want unlimited enhancements, profiles, and files. Choose Lifetime if you'd rather pay once, bring your own API key, and get long-term value.

How do I use the lifetime plan?

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment but requires your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) or xAI (Grok). Add one or more keys, pick which provider and model to use, and you'll get unlimited prompt rewrites using your own API credits instead of our shared quota.

What's the difference between monthly and lifetime plans?

Pro and Enterprise include full product usage with a PromptDC-funded model for a recurring monthly fee. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that requires your own provider API key, so model usage is billed separately by your provider.

Can I use my own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Grok API key?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the Lifetime plan you can add your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and xAI (Grok). If you add more than one, you choose which provider and model to use. This gives you unlimited prompt rewrites while using your own API credits.

Is there a free plan or free trial?

Accepted Answer

No. PromptDC has no free plan, free trial, or free credits — all usage requires a paid plan (Pro, Enterprise, or Lifetime). Signing up alone doesn't grant enhancements.

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by logging into your account; your access continues until the end of the current paid term. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel.

Is there a refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PromptDC has a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — your first subscription payment (Pro or Enterprise) or the Lifetime plan. Email spromptdc@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. Renewal payments after the first billing period aren't covered, but you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid term. This doesn't limit any non-waivable statutory rights of EU consumers.
